Recipe Yield: 6 servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 to 35 minutes
Ingredients

1 ⅔ cup frozen mixed vegetables, (peas, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
1—10 ¾ ounces can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken, cooked, cubed
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
1 cup buttermilk biscuit mix

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven at 400°F. Mix vegetables, soup and chicken. Place this mixture in a 9 inch ungreased pie tin. In a separate bowl mix egg, milk and biscuit mix. This mixture should just be moistened. Next you pour this combination over the vegetable mixture. Bake the pot pie at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until it is golden brown.
