Za′atar Vinaigrette:
Za′atar Vinaigrette

Recipe Yield: 2 cups | Prep Time: 10 minutes

1½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons of Za′atar spice blend (recipe in spice blends sections)
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 bunch fresh parsley, washed, dried, chopped fine
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Remove the stems from the parsley. Wash the parsley and put into kitchen towel and ring out excess juice and water. Repeat this procedure until the time that the liquid is not a green color anymore. Squeeze the parsley into a compact ball and mince with a knife. Next smash the garlic with a knife and remove the peeling. Chop the garlic with a knife until it is minced. Place all the ingredients into a leak proof cruet and shake until well blended. Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
