Recipe Yield: 16 breadsticks. | Cook Time: 10-11 minutes
Ingredients

Bread-stick Dough:
1 cup Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
1 egg
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¾ cup water
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Basil Leaves
½ teaspoon Oregano Flakes

Pesto Sauce:
1 bunch Sweet Basil leaves
4 cloves garlic
¼ cup pine nuts
½ cup white wine
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine pizza crust mix, egg, water and 1 tablespoon oil. Cover and let dough rise for 20 minutes.
2. While dough is rising, grind up the pesto ingredients in a food processor, slowly drizzle the 1/2 cup white wine into the processor and then the 1/4 cup olive oil in also until well blended and spreadable.
3. Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead in Parmesan cheese, basil and oregano.
4. Form into 16 bread-sticks and place on a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 425° F for 5 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and spread pesto sauce onto the bread sticks.
7. Bake for another 6 minutes or until the bread-sticks are golden brown.
